What we collect
When you contact us, request an estimate, or become a customer, we may collect your name, your phone number, your email address, the address of the property to be painted, details you share about your project, and photos of your property taken during a walkthrough, with your knowledge. We collect this only when you give it to us, by filling out a form on this site, calling or texting us, emailing us, or speaking with us in person.
Why we collect it
We use your information to respond to your request and schedule a walkthrough, prepare and send your estimate, communicate with you about your project before, during, and after the work, send appointment reminders and job updates, keep a record of work performed at your property for warranty purposes, and follow up about future painting or maintenance needs.
Text messages and mobile information
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your estimate, your appointment, or your project.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors who support our services is permitted only to help us deliver the work you asked for, and those parties may not use your mobile information for their own marketing.

Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with software we use to run the business, such as our estimating and scheduling system and our messaging system, which are bound to use it only to provide that service to us; subcontractors and suppliers, only where needed to complete your project; anyone you ask us to share it with; and authorities, where the law requires it.
Photos of your property
We photograph properties during walkthroughs and jobs to build accurate estimates and to document our work. We may use photos of completed work in our portfolio or marketing. We do not publish your name or your street address alongside those photos without asking you first. If you would rather we not use photos of your home at all, tell us and we will not.
How long we keep it
We keep customer records for as long as we have a business relationship with you, and afterward as needed for warranty, tax, and legal purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete your information where we are not required to keep it, or stop contacting you, at any time. Just call, text, or email and we will take care of it.
Cookies and this website
This site may use standard analytics to understand how visitors use it. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
Children
Our services are for property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
