BAHA’s Preservation Awards recognize restorations that protect Berkeley’s architectural character, from landmark homes to historic community buildings. Aurora’s restoration work was named on the 2006 awards.

AAPS honors the craft that brings Alameda’s Victorians and Craftsman homes back to life. Aurora’s work was named on the 24th Annual Preservation Awards in 2021.
Why it matters
Anyone can say “quality.” A preservation award is different. An independent society of people who care about these buildings looked at the work and put a name on it. Twice.
